Plenty of opportunities
My workplace has a large focus on training and offers many opportunities for its graduates, in particular in the first year. we have have many regular in-house training sessions, lessons, and workshops, and also have frequent opportunities to participate in external training opportunities. they also encourage us to put forth ideas for new opportunities for things we hear about or are interested in. for example, i have been able to do economics courses, learn about government and parliament, and done an excel course.
Good induction week, good mix of formal learning, interactive learning, on the job learning. good guidance and support throughout.
