Very flexible. Flexitime is the best.
I typically work 9-5. It is very rare for me to stay past 5:30 and if I do, I'll make up the hours elsewhere. Graduates are expected to work from the office, however most teams are really flexible about working from home when you need to i.e. for a doctor's appointment.
Allows us to start early and finish early or start late and finish late and work remotely if needed for appointments etc.
