They are somewhat flexible in terms of wanting to start earlier however if someone were wanting to start at 9 they would miss a lot of crucial time.
The hours worked are very reasonable, there is very little expectation of any overtime. Hours are reasonably flexible but WFH is limited due to working on plant.
Generally my manager is open to me starting and finishing when I would like, as long as I am working the correct hours and getting work done. Also, since COVID my manager has been very open to working from home every now and then
I arrive at 8:00 everyday and leave at 4:30. There are very few rimes I work past these times. Very seldom will oyu be expected to be at the office outside of work hours.
There are days when I have to stay overtime to complete certain projects and there are days I take time in lieu and leave early
