The BeyondZero approach amazed me
In terms of teamwork, our team right now is very open to sharing knowledge and helping anyone who is having trouble. Socialising isn't the best after work hours as we've all been working from home/ on field because of covid and geographically, everybody lives so far from each other.
The openness to discuss different methodologies without being judged aggressively is fantastic - this helps everyone physiologically
