
The training modules as Jacobs are very informative and interesting
There's tons of online sessions for grads to attend, but most of them are business focused, or a broad coverage, and not focusing specifically on what your title/role does. Also, all the career related trainings I've gotten have been through team members showing you how to do it, instead of enrolling to an actual class for that specific software, etc.
e3 Learning is the predominant education provider for all employees of Jacobs - This allows employees to increase their knowledge in a specific field/ skill of interest, whilst prompts the desire to attend an external education facility to obtain accreditation.
