For my role, it takes to complete four modules which are all interesting and beneficial in career. these can be discovered through working on the job in a range of projects. Once these are complete, this is discussed with the line manager where you both access if you are ready for the next role. My employers provide plenty of opportunities for this career as I've been included in so many various types of projects

Whilst only just completing the graduate program I know I am progressing to a higher role out of this. Beyond that I don't have much knowledge but looking at the company it appears that it promotes based on skill rather than experience. It gives hope that if I do really well in my career it won't matter whether I'm young, I will be challenged with what I deserve.
