As far as I know, after the graduate program, a permanent role may be created based on the organization's needs and the graduate's preferences
I am assigned to a business unit and working for the team. As part of graduate programme I can rotate to other BU if there is availability. More chances to make connections and swift to area you are interested in. My manager encourages me to take trainings to upskill professionally.
Graduates get a fixed pay increase every 6 months. I like the structure.
There's constant opportunity to move upwards with a guaranteed role past the graduate program. This role is determined based on experience within rotations over the 2 year graduate program.
