Pretty good, Have been recently acting as Field Asset Engineer. Everyone gets along fairly well. A bit of divide between production and asset staff. Track workers are pretty friendly. Does vary a lot between offices and what areas working in depending on how many field / office staff
It depends on the team, but it's generally fine. I've been involved in a few social clubs, and we occasionally have events.
The team is super supportive. Always ready to help. As we are in rail industry, works happens on public holidays and weekends when there is less train traffic. Also if there is any emergency works after weather events
The work culture is great! People get along well and people always try arrange out-of-office gatherings.
The culture within head office is quite good with staff regularly talking to each other about work and personal topics. There is quite a bit of cooperation and although a hierarchy exists it's quite easy to ask anyone for help.
