Pretty good and accessible, open to talking, fairly relaxed.
That depends on the team and the manager leading the rotation. Most of them are fantastic and know exactly how much information to provide for a task and how to track progress against key milestones. I've only had one challenging situation with a manager, and I believe it was mainly due to a lack of communication.
I have got good mentors to give me guidance and performance feedbacks.
My manager is approachable, gives good feedback, and recognises good work when it's done.
My manager will respond quickly and take time to clarify tasks, help when stuck and also mentoring and teach new skills. Events are held to celebrate team progression and regular communication is made through meetings or messages.
