That depends on the team and the manager leading the rotation. Most rotations start with an onboarding process and smaller, well-defined tasks, but as the rotation progresses, graduates may have the opportunity to lead project.
I work on Civil & structural inspection scheduling, tracking and compliance. I support the Field Asset Engineer and Structures Inspectors in business as usual jobs.

I have a rotation of tasks given by team supervisors as well as an overarching project to complete during the graduate program. Everyday I usually complete tasks given such as reviewing or writing documents while also taking a few hours each week to work on my larger project.
