Preliminary process put in online application, cv, cover letter. A secondary one way interview responding to questions, then in my case an online interview with manager and office. All friendly staff not too techincal questions.
The interview and assessments is straight forward and clear instructions were given and asked. The interview will be held with the line manager of the role, so both the manager and the candidate gets to meet each other. The general vibe of the interview is friendly and technical, but no stress was forced onto the candidate.
One-way video interview was the most difficult part. This was then followed by an interview on teams which felt better and more relaxed.
Comprehensive - felt very rewarding making it through the recruitment process.
