The pay seems in-line with other graduates in my area of study. Benefits are numerous and include discounts to various businesses and discounted travel on KiwiRail services though I have not used them . The NZR Staff Welfare Trust offers major rebates on medical and subsidised holiday homes which I have not yet used.
