Very flexible. Manager dependent. Not worried as long as make up most 80 per fortnight. Recent addition of timesheets to graduate roles. Able to take lieu days when working weekends. prefer in office work, although changes depending on what office/region in.
I usually work from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and mostly work from the office because it's convenient, but I have the option to work from home twice a week.
I am mostly working on office and field. I can work from home if I inform my supervisor why I need to.
I can usually pick the hours best suited for my schedule. I arrive at 6am and leave 2:30pm to avoid Auckland traffic. I also work from home 1 day a week and I am happy with this arrangement.
I currently work 8 hours a day with no set start or end time. I currently work in office or in the depot as the nature of my work is best suited to in-person interaction. I also find the office or depot environment more productive.
