There is a lot of training and mentoring offered which is helpful. Learning on the job is the best as you usually have another Graduate level 2 with you who can mentor you and also manager/more senior team members
We have two weeks within the first year in the role of training on core audit terms. Also, we have had extra training within our division specifically for the entities we work with.
As a graduate could do with a representative that coach's/ helps your development through your whole rotation. Meaning they have opportunity see your whole development instead each rotation
