Work is quite flexible but there are busy period where you're expected to work overtime to meet deadlines.
Flexible, but there is lots of overtime.
Not very flexible, unless a doctors appointment is involved which I appreciate. Times where it is not as busy as it is a normal 9-5, whereas sometimes quite a bit of overtime and some weekends.
