The culture is fantastic, there are lots of social events and everyone is really chatty and friendly.
Like any law firm it has an established hierarchy - the partners generally stay separate from the associates/solicitors although we did all get to hang out at the Christmas party. Good cooperative environment. Our floor is generally quiet throughout the day but you can chat at times. There is a social committed and people seem to go to the events. Friday night drinks on the patio are not that well attended as they don't start until 5pm, so some people need to leave.
Lane Neave has the most uplifting culture. The office is open plan, where everyone is made to feel comfortable and included. The social committee is incredible, celebrating and creating many events.
The workplace culture is very good. Everyone is very kind, and quite social. There have been quite a few fun events planned during my time here. There is a lot of cooperation on work, you get a good amount of diversity, and there are no offices so you can talk to your partners easily for clarification.
