Most of them were great at providing feedback and checking in. Some of them needed to be prompted to do so, but all were very friendly and great mentors. Internal communication was handled well, there are internal meetings between teams where everyone can check in on what each other is working on.
Partners are friendly but busy. Internal comms can be quite brief! They will give positive feedback. Associates and solicitors are happy to spend time showing you any changes they made to your work or talking through their preferred styles.

The partners are great but you get the most feedback and contact with the people in your pod or the senior associates in your team. I had a good experience with feedback, being both positive and constructive.
