1. CV/Cover letter. 2. One way video interview 3. Psychometric testing 4. Formal in person interview and company meet and greet.
After you send in your CV and Cover Letter, you will be selected to progress to the one-way interview stage. Following that, you have to complete psychometric and personality tests. After that is a drinks evening, and then a final formal interview.
First, we sent in our cover letter, CV and academic transcript's. Secondly, we took part in a one-way interview process. This was straight forward and a great introduction to the process. Subsequently, we undertook an IQ/EQ test. Finally, we had an in-person interview with three members of the firm. During this process, they used to STAR method to discover more about candidates. The team interviewing were great at putting candidates at ease and creating an open environment.
We had 4 different rounds. First, we applied with a CV and cover letter, then we were invited to do a one-way interview, then we did a serious of personality and cognitive testing, then finally, were invited back to do a final interview.
