There is fantastic culture at Mainfreight where everyone truly feels like a family. Everyone gets along really well at work, and it truly makes you feel as if you are part of a team. On top of this, there are many Mainfreight events that take place outside of work hours. These allow people from different branches and regions to interact and network, which is always very special. Everyone is always very respectful and friendly, while also having a good time!!
We have a fantastic team not only in our branch but also around the world. We are respectful and work with one another to provide the best possible service to our customers. Often our team is so close we are like family. Outside of the office graduates often meet for drinks or dinner/get togethers.
The workplace culture in the office is awesome, the people are super friendly and always keen to lend a hand. I personally get along with my colleagues really well and put that down to Mainfreight's family approach. It is an open office layout which allows for easy communication and makes everyone feel equal e.g approachable. After work hours I have made a couple mates who i have caught up with on the weekend which is something I've really enjoyed about starting at Mainfreight.
