Mainfreight is an incredibly diverse and inclusive team who recruit people from many different backgrounds and upbringings. I believe that the diversity amongst the Mainfreight team is very accurate to the entire NZ population and includes people of many different cultures and identities. The Mainfreight environment feels very welcoming, and every team member is open-minded and celebrates people's differences.

During my time at Mainfreight so far, an observation i have made within the workplace is the access to learning tools/opportunities for any employee. There is always opportunities for people to grow within in the company not matter what role you are in/start off
