Our team originates from a range of different cultures and backgrounds. We are proud to have diversity and embrace it through themed lunches and cultural activities within the branch. Being a worldwide operation, cultural diversity makes us who we are and we are proud of it.
During my time at Mainfreight so far, an observation i have made within the workplace is the access to learning tools/opportunities for any employee. There is always opportunities for people to grow within in the company not matter what role you are in/start off
