Compared to many other interview processes, Mainfreight offers a very personal and easy interview process. An initial phone call/zoom meeting follows after submitting your application. From here, providing the team think you are a good fit for Mainfreight, will invite you to meet with a Branch Manager and undergo a further very laid back style of interview. It is a great way to meet team members and get a much more solid understanding of the operation while also being given a tour of a working depot. Communication was fantastic and I could not fault the process one bit. A massive highlight of Mainfreight is that they want to understand you and your qualities as a person.
