My work hours are very consistent each week which I appreciate as it allows me to plan activities and have commitments outside of work. However, if something comes up such as an appointment or opportunity, my employers are extremely flexible with making this work. There are no remote work options which I personally really appreciate as it means the full team is always in the office and constantly interacting face to face.
All work is completed on site/in the branch. Work hours can be made flexible around commitments such as sport or family.
I am satisfied with my work hours - my employer is flexible in allowing us time to sort problems away from work when needed.
