Pay is within the appropriate bracket for a graduate however I believe with the responsibility given within my role the pay should be slightly higher. A bonus of 5% is given depending on end of year business financials however this is not guaranteed. The Bonus is also less than what non-graduate employees receive (10%). I believe this should be equal.
