I am only in the first year of this role so no promotion possibilities have come up yet.
The graduate program provides you a great pathway into a wide variety of roles within the business. Though there is no set rotation, you can be sure that you will end up in a great area that is going to set you up well for your destination role after the 2 years. Mars fulfils career aspirations by ensuring that you have the most breadth and can end up wherever you want within the business.
On average 1 year time in role, made aware of internal role opportunities, limited spaces within my company however.
I have been given many opportunities and projects to work on as a graduate already with some experience in other disciplines like marketing.
