Mars provides you with many opportunities for training, whether it is mandatory online trainings, or work with days with Territory Business Managers. An awesome mentoring programme in which you are watched for the first few weeks at Mars, and then allocated a mentor based on this. Buddy system allows for connection and support for every associate as well. Performance feedback comes from multiple reviews throughout the year and is well tailored to ensure that you are meeting requirements and developing well.
