Hours are usually anywhere from 30-40 hours, depending on your role and the week of work. Hybrid - Tuesday and Thursday mandatory office day, the rest optional (WFH)
8-4 typically, extremely flexible.
We work freom home 2/3 days a week, at home 2/3 days a week. Work is also very flexible and happy for me to work at home if feeling unwell or have commitments. My team also encourages us to take the day off completely if feeling unwell.
