The Ministry's smaller size offers graduates the opportunity to work more directly with highly experienced team members. As a central agency, I also think that MfR has offered me with a broader set of skills than I might get at another workplace, as well as given me a better understanding of the public service as a whole. I'm grateful to be learning from such accomplished people, and it's an amazing environment for building your network and skillset up for future success.
