MfR provides you with a lot of flexibility - for example, you can choose to start and end your day a bit earlier if you're a morning person, and you're offered a good amount of sick/annual leave if life gets in the way. Remote work is also an option that you're welcome to take up. While I find being in the Office a bit more enjoyable, it's great to know that if I'm feeling a bit sniffly I can work from home if needed.
Very flexible and understanding of working arrangements. As a graduate I definitely want to be on the floor for the time being, I know if I wanted to talk about arrangements in the future, it would be an easy conversation to bring up.
