Training is good, everyone is super open to help and teach.
The graduate programme is very well detailed. covers all aspects of project engineering, ensuring that you will become skilled in the field. easy to learn from experienced members.
Training programs have been very good, particularly if you are active with seeking out opportunities. work is willing to provide further training for personal development should you wish to complete these.
I believe i was meant to be assigned a buddy/mentor which hasn't happened yet, more training would probably be good but i have been provided some opportunity for training and growth already
