Overall, it was really smooth. Instructions and the next steps were clearly explained. Scheduling of interviews was easy and communication was clear on both ends.
I didn't do much of recruiting processes as I got recommended so it wasn't the usual path. I had a meeting with my Technical director at the time, applied for an internship and got it. For the grad role offer, I was given a letter of offer by the end of the internship.
