Can seem quite daunting I found as there is a lot of questions but if you are genuinely interested about working as an orchardist they are always hiring for people who are interested in learning I found.
I think they are very good they cover most of the areas that need to be covered , technically and business/ staff management wise .
I believe the process of being hired is fast but also detailed. They find people who have a good attitude and are motivated to do better to add to the team.
I have done three interviews in my time with the company - one for the position I have now and the other two were for Managers positions - both manager interviews were a process that was interesting. Both times were different and the time that followed after the interview was an experience that was not an enjoyable one. Feedback was non existing and requests and feedback that I gave afterwards, was not followed up on. This made me at the time lost within myself and feeling more disposable, rather than valued.
