
Juniors are only hired from the graduate pool. From there things can vary by product and domain. Because MYOB is large and established, with both new and existing products there is a lot of opportunity to work on all sorts of problems and tech stacks. The program is also very self-directed so you can really set your own pace and career goals. Most of all the foundations are really strong, we have a long curriculum/personal development phase before going into team rotations which gives you time and space to really grow and develop before you're working tickets so once you do start in a team you're often in a great place to move quickly from there.
