Pretty standard process. Async video interviews (5 x 1-2 min questions), online psychometric testing (logic, IQ style questions and some very high level personality questions). Then shortlist go on to do a synchronous/live problem solving interview (online for me), it's not a code test but it does test the same basic skills and is more about how you think than what you think. Final stage is an all day, in person (Melbourne) assessment centre including both individual behavioural interviews and group tasks.
Cognitive assessment, followed by video interview, followed by an in person interview.
