The culture at WNH Mine is diverse in terms of ethnicity and gender. People are generally friendly and happy to help. I have not experienced much of an after hours culture as I can be busy with other aspects of my life but I am aware it exists for other colleagues and their close work groups.
Everyone you meet here is friendly and willing to help especially for those who are new with an overall positive environment that caters for those who are passionate to learn.
