I have always wear work uniform and hi-Vis. Sometimes it get very hot in the offices without an airconditioner.
NZS have a uniform which makes dressing simple.
Office structure varies a lot across NZS, some departments have open-plan offices, others smaller rooms with a couple workers in each. The computers are fine, cleaners work fulltime. Dress code is Hi-Vis.
With the requirement of long hi-vis pants and shirts with safety boots outside of the office there are limitations, but often long sleeve dress shirts are worn by people in the offices and layering the hi-vis vests and jackets only when going out of the offices.
