Training and development are great. I've been sent to many courses relevant to my role.
The training takes a mentorship format where you are shown what to do until your are comfortable doing it by yourself. External training courses through MITO and Act Safety are encouraged at all levels. I have completed a B Grade Mine Managers qualification and are set to do the A Grade
