The graduate programme is well set up, however, the training for our individual roles is highly dependent on the team. If they are experiencing high volumes of mahi at the same time having their roles cut then it makes it difficult to integrate smoothly into the team. Training is therefore ad-hoc for me personally and everyone is under the pump. That being said the people are lovely and do the best of our abilities. Again, I am super grateful.
