As long as I get my work done and at a high quality there has been no complaints. Work lso provides an extra monitor to work from home is need be.
The core hours are 9:30 - 3:30, but outside of that is flexible unless meetings are booked, remote work is allowed, at the discretion of managers, usually a few days a week and a work rom home kit (monitor, keyboard, mouse, docking station) are provided. It is expected you work 40 hours a week, doing extra hours is not encouraged for wellbeing purposes
We have work-from-home arrangements and flexible office days. There are multiple branches across the country, and you can work from them.
