There is opportunity for progression within the role being able to move up to the next level within my position. Also, the organisation gives us a great opportunity for career development by paying for the Certified financial analyst course which, therefore, allows people to further progress in their career. Also, within the graduate programme we are able to move around different teams which allows us to gain full insights into the business and look to progress in other fields.
It's a pretty flat structure so there may not be the movement within the same team unless a manager leaves you could be left waiting for a long time.
As grads, rotation and career progression is really well supported and expected from you. Depending on how much you put into it and where there are job openings, there is opportunity for progression within the company.
