The culture within work is great I believe almost everyone within the organisation is friendly and approachable and wanting all to succeed. After hours is great, the organisation has had a lot of social events including an in-house casino night, golf trip, chocolate making experience and many more. The structure and hierarchy is quite different to other organisations as there is the senior leadership team with other important leaders and then there are young people just starting off their career. It's great though as it allows young individuals to learn and develop a great understanding and knowledge from very senior staff within the organisation.
Everyone is great, across all levels. Even the highest management are super approachable and keen for a chat.
I would say NZX has the perfect work environment where it promotes cooperation and teamwork among team members.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful, you can ask anyone for help or start a conversation and they will take time for you. There are after work social events every so often to get to know more people and get amongst a fun activity.
