The benefits are great; we get fruit twice weekly and have work drinks every Friday. Including this we get subsidised health care and are signed up with an INFINZ membership to continue or learning and development. When I first started, I was also given $1000 for a clothing/moving allowance to help set me up in my new role.
It's the low end of average for a graduate.
Pay is relatively low compared to some other grad programmes.
