I feel the managers are very inclusive and really want us graduates to learn and develop as much as we can while we are young professionals. I believe they make very good mentors always being approachable and up for a chat whenever anyone needs to ask a question. They approach praise and recognition amazingly as the CEO presents performance certificates twice a year for people that are upholding and going to greater lengths to achieve the company values.
