I'm happy with the pay and benefits offered in my role. Compensation feels fair and broadly in line with other management consulting firms, with a material signing bonus for new joiners as well as a performance-based annual bonus. The firm also provides a strong range of practical and social benefits. Dinners and Ubers are covered when working extended hours, and all work-related travel expenses are funded. Each office has a social budget that supports regular team events, and the APR rehion is also holding an offsite in Bali this year. Another valuable benefit is the annual wellbeing allowance, which can be used for expenses such as sporting equipment, physiotherapy, massage and other health or wellbeing-related activities.
