We are offered 1 WFH day, with mandatory office attendance 4 days a week. The hours worked on a specific day are flexible though, with people able to start and finish whenever they like. Taking long lunches or time off during the middle of the day is possible as well.
Optiver is extremely flexible with my working hours. I come in anywhere between 9:30 to 10:30 and leave whenever I want. We're expected to be in the office 4 days a week and we get 1 day WFH. The only real requirement on your working hours is to get your work done.
