They've managed to collate a variety of incredibly passionate people in their field. I was able to geek out about new technologies during lunch hours and the environment was very collaborative and easy to call out to people for help. As prior-mentioned, the drinks on fridays was a great opportunity to get to know people in the office and chat.
Everyone is pretty friendly
Honestly, the culture is really good at orion. My manager was really nice, co-workers were good. Everyone seems to be somewhat transparent.
My team is all very social and kind. I have had a few experiences with members from other teams who have been rude or particularly mean to some of the interns. We were all unsure why but we assume there is some sort of power dynamic at play. Overall though it has been great, feeling very fortunate to be in this position.
