Facilities are good with a kitchen with all I need, including a pool table and table tennis for sociability. Ergonomics are taken seriously at the company but only standing desks are provided to those with medical requirements. Dress code is smart casual.
The office in auckland is rather large - with a fully kitted-out kitchen area, arcade machine, pool table, vending machines and more. The christchurch office is smaller but well-situated - in an area close to bus locations with many food places surrounding it. The dress code was casual - exactly what you would wear at home.
Dress code is casual for engineering teams.
Casual dress code (i prefer to dress smart casual), but i've seen managers and engineers just wear shorts and t-shirts to work, which is fine. The kitchen is spacious, with a pool table, a ps5, arcade, though no one actually uses anything but the pool table during breaks or standups.
Dress code is whatever you are comfortable in. I however try to dress to at least smart-casual as i interact with other departments a fair amount.
