Work for a company that is innovating and making a difference to the health and wellbeing of people, revolutionising global health systems.
Quite straightforward
I first had to complete a 1 hour test remote that asked questions about javascript, git and generic non-software related logic questions. Followed by a 15 minute or so phone call asking about myself almost like a mini interview. Then a few weeks later I had a 1 hour in person interview 30 minutes with 2 pairs of the team managers who would be the boss of intern selected for their team. After a few weeks I was contacted with an offer.
There was a single technical assessment completed in your own time (on the easier end for this industry), and this was followed by 30 min each, back to back interviews with two pairs of employees. Both were reasonably straightforward, and I found it a smooth process.
First assessment was an online assessment which was then filtered to the top 20 scores which is quite difficult to achieve. There was then a graduate assessment day and then final in person interviews which I thought were good, fair stages. Overall I found the recruitment process to be very fair.
It started with a quick hour-long online test and was clearly worded. This was followed by a phone screening, where i was introduced to the company, the products, and had the opportunity to ask questions to the talent lead. Finally, i spoke to the team leads down at the location i was interning at - all of which felt very friendly and tested skill and knowledge. I felt the process was much better than other companies - which prioritize rope-learning leetcode.
