First assessment was an online assessment which was then filtered to the top 20 scores which is quite difficult to achieve. There was then a graduate assessment day and then final in person interviews which I thought were good, fair stages. Overall I found the recruitment process to be very fair.
It started with a quick hour-long online test and was clearly worded. This was followed by a phone screening, where i was introduced to the company, the products, and had the opportunity to ask questions to the talent lead. Finally, i spoke to the team leads down at the location i was interning at - all of which felt very friendly and tested skill and knowledge. I felt the process was much better than other companies - which prioritize rope-learning leetcode.
The interview process was quite well structured. Consisted of an online assessment with psychometric assessment questions and some programming questions, followed by an intern super day and finally a final interview with teams.
Online assessment, in-person assessment day with the other potential interns and then a follow-on interview with the potential chosen team.
The interview process was amazing. It was not a high pressure environment where they attempt ed to put you under immense pressure. They were much more interested to understand you as a person, how you think, and what qualities you think you may possess which will benefit yourself in the role.
