The internship period was well structured with many tasks across the extent of it to help with professional development.
Reasonably consistent one on ones with team lead is good for tracking progress. Otherwise, most of the learning and feedback i have recieved on the technical side has been from senior developers - which have been especially helpful for learning and growth.
My co-workers were really good, a lot of pair programming, always within arm's reach when i needed help. Got a chance to work on a variety of different projects to gain experience.
This is a difficult one to answer as there hasn't really been too much formal training. It was more of a throw in the deep end situation where i would then ask questions. I have always received support when i have seeked it, but it has been up to me to look for help.
